New recipe


I made an impromptu chili for lunch today and wanted to share it because it was SO quick and easy, and super filling.

Four Bean Chili

If you make it six servings, which makes pretty generous servings, each serving is 4 WW points.  It is a great base recipe that happens to be vegetarian, but it would be easy to add meat, more veggies, or different beans.

In other news, I also exercised again today!  I was concerned I was out of the habit since the last time I exercised was last Wednesday…  but I am back!  It was tough too, but worth it.
