Workout review: Groove & Burn

Today I tried the Enviga Cardio Groove & Burn.  If you click on the link, it takes you to the free workout video…

The Enviga people don’t know I exist, so I am getting nothing from this except some great workouts.  I just liked the calorie burn bootcamp workout so much that I wanted to try something else from the same series.  This workout was a lot more difficult to follow.  They teach you each step slowly, you repeat it two or three times, and then you do it at the proper (very fast) tempo.  I had a hard time following it, and I definitely messed up the moves almost the entire time.  However, I had a very good time.  I was literally pouring sweat by the end, which is not typical for me, and I enjoyed it.  More importantly, I am about an hour out from finishing the workout and now I feel awesome.  And since I did have a little bit of a hard time with it, that just means that the workout will last me that much longer before I get bored with it.

Enviga, your workouts are becoming my favorites.  I just wish they sold them on DVD.  You can download the videos from ExerciseTV though, and anyone with On Demand on cable should be able to access at least some of them for free.

Go try them and let me know what you think!
