30 Day Slimdown

Jillian Michaels 30 Day SlimdownThis 30 Day Slimdown?  No joke.  I told myself it would be no big deal since it’s only 20 minutes.  Yeah… 20 minutes can be a LOOONG time when you’re working to your maximum.  Other than running in super humidity, I’ve NEVER sweat so much.

The plan is as follows:

Day 1 – 30 Day Shred Level 1

Day 2 – Shred

Day 3 – No More Trouble Zones

Day 4 – Shred

Day 5 – Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism

Day 6 – Quick Trouble Zones

Day 7 – Day off!

So that’s the plan for the next week, along with a reluctant but hopeful return to week 4 of the Couch to 5K.  It’s hot today, so I’m thinking tonight’s run will be especially tough… but I’ll do the best I can and call it a success.

  1. Wowza, that is some brutal schedule! I am sore just listening to ya! LOL!

  2. …good luck…i’m slightly afraid for you…is there a way to work in a run in the morning? If not, take a COLD shower before or something to make it not quite so miserable…so you can keep up the hard work.

    You are awesome!

  3. You can do ANYTHING for 30 days. Just look at today, 6 months of 2010 is GONE.

My coach from running boot camp would tell us this. “You can stop when you’re done!” — do you have any IRL friends that would be willing to do C25K with you? If not, maybe there is a running group nearby?

Not sure where you are geographically but here in FL running outside is getting harder with the heat – we have to go mighty early to avoid the humidity.

Can’t wait to follow your next 30 days!
